Work with Me

I strive to make every client feel like my only client. To do that, I follow a standard set of processes for each project.

The process begins when you send me your Creative Brief (see below) and continues with:

• A complimentary phone or Zoom conference to learn more about you, your organization, and your content needs
• A written proposal of services to be provided, with multiple options you can choose from for us to work together within your budget
• A detailed contract based on the accepted proposal, with all documents signed electronically in advance of the project’s kick-off
• A kick-off conference via Zoom that includes all relevant stakeholders to discuss project parameters and details, obtain required background information, create a project timeline and set mutual expectations
• Weekly 15-minute Zoom conferences with relevant stakeholders to apprise you of the project status, resolve questions or issues and generally touch base
• Delivery of materials in accordance with the mutually agreed-upon timeline
• Prompt turnaround of revision requests within 48 hours during the regular business week
• Invoicing on the schedule specified in the contract
